Gift Voucher Policy:

1. Validity Period: Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. As our treatment prices are subject to change, vouchers will revert back to their original dollar value after 12 months. Discounted, promotional, or giveaway vouchers may have varying validity. The expiry date is clearly marked on the voucher. 

2. Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed for any service or retail product offered at Blissful Beauty. They are not redeemable for cash.

3. Booking: Appointments must be booked in advance. Please mention that you will be using a gift voucher at the time of booking.

4. Non-Transferable: Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the voucher.

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Blissful Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

6. Refunds: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.

7. Partial Use: Gift Vouchers can be used over multiple visits until the total value is exhausted. No change will be given.

8. Multiple Vouchers: Multiple gift vouchers can be used in one transaction.

9. Special Offers: Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or promotions.
