Booking and Cancellation Policy
At Blissful Beauty, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our clients. We understand that life happens, and will always try out best to work with you. To ensure smooth operations and respect the time of our team and other clients, we have established the following booking and cancellation policy:

Booking Policy:

Appointments: All appointments require a 50% deposit to be secured. This can be paid via our online booking system, over the phone, or in person, and may be paid via cash, card, Bank transfer or valid gift voucher. Appointments may be cancelled if the deposit is not received within the required time frame.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email and/or text once your appointment is booked. Please review the details to ensure accuracy.

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This includes changes to any services booked.

Late Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations, reschedules, or changes to the services booked within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the total service cost.

Rescheduling

Changes: Appointments rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice will have their deposit transferred to the new booking.

Same-Day Changes: We understand that emergencies happen. For same-day changes, please contact us directly. While we’ll always do our best to assist, your deposit may still be forfeited depending on notice and availability.

Payment

Fees: Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the credit card/voucher on file. In the event of a declined payment, these fees must be paid before any future bookings can be made.

Pre-Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. For no-shows or last-minute cancellations, full payment may be required upfront for future appointments.
