Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Blissful Beauty, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate all our clients. We understand that life happens, and will always try out best to work with you. To ensure smooth operations and respect the time of our team and other clients, we have established the following booking and cancellation policy:

Booking Policy

  • Appointments: To book an appointment, please contact us via phone, email, or through our online booking system. A credit card will be required to secure your booking.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email and/or text once your appointment is booked. Please review the details to ensure accuracy.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.

  • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the total service cost.

Rescheduling

  • Changes: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

  • Same-Day Changes: We understand that emergencies happen. For same-day changes, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

Payment

  • Fees: Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the credit card on file. In the event of a declined payment, fees will need to be paid prior to any future appointments being made.

  • Pre-Payment: Some services may require pre-payment or a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied to your total service cost.
